Performed a broad variety of marketing activities for this Linux Management Appliance company, including web team manager and creative manager.

  • Created company web site, including design, content creation, branding, and development of multimedia materials.
  • Created and art–directed company's appliance design, product GUI, product packaging, and support documentation.
  • Produced company intranet, collateral (datasheets, white papers, case studies, and corporate fact sheets), banner ads, e–newsletter, and print advertising campaigns.
  • Created special promotional web sites with key partners, including the "Linux on zSeries at Work" collaboration with 11 industry leaders.
  • Successfully coordinated and promoted company at myriad special events and conferences. Successfully managed event budget exceeding $100k.

  • Provided marketing materials and logistical support, including show guide creation, invoicing / billing issues, and staffing of show office.

As a member of the California bar, managed caseload and handled all aspects of litigation for plaintiffs' employment law firm (Law Offices of Paul Wotman) and broad–based defense litigation firm (Ericksen, Arbuthnot, Kilduff, Day & Lindstrom). A sample of duties include:

  • Argued matters in court, successfully mediated multi-million dollar cases, and participated in arbitrations and trials.
  • Selected as member of high–profile class action litigation team concluding with trial in federal court, personally conducted hundreds of depositions.
  • Supervised a large team of paralegals in document–intensive organization and research project.
